Refund Policy - The Basics

Return for Store Credit

 

Eligibility: Products that are not damaged but you wish to return must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt.

Store Credit: Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be issued store credit for the value of the returned item. This store credit can be used for future purchases at SAVIC.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Personalized or custom-made products.

Items on sale or clearance. Gift cards.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged upon arrival.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or claim a refund for a damaged product, please contact our customer service team at savic.ktj@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue, and supporting evidence (if applicable).

 

Processing Time

Please allow 5 business days for us to process your return and issue a store credit or refund after the item has been received and inspected.
